It is a fact that bad breath and allergies are interrelated and often one can be triggered or caused by the other.
The main culprit of bad breath is dry mouth. Dry mouth can cause bacteria to build up on the tongue and the more bacteria build up the stronger the bad breath. These ‘not so lovely’ bacteria feed on food remains and as they do they emit a foul smelling gas which is what causes bad breath.
One of the most common factors that cause dry mouth is allergies. To make matters worse many of the medications given to treat allergies also cause dry mouth and therefore stronger bad breath. These medications often have an impact on your saliva production and actually cause a reduction in saliva produced. This causes your dry mouth and as a result there is less oxygen present which makes ideal conditions for bacteria to thrive.

Dryer Sheets Can Stimulate Allergies
Doing laundry is not an option, because everyone needs to have clean clothes to wear. When the clothes get dirty, just toss them into the washer along with some detergent, so the washing machine can clean the clothes. After the washer is finished, put the clothes in the dryer, toss a dryer in to prevent clinging and shut the door. This may sounds pretty simple, but not to those with allergies.
People with allergies may react to the fragrances in the dryer sheets. When they take the clothes out and wear a shirt that was in the dryer with the dryer sheet, they may start scratching their skin a lot throughout they are that the shirt is touching. At first, this may not be realized, but the problem could very well be the dryer sheets used to dry the clothes.

Cockroaches Can Induce Allergies
When the lights go out and everyone is going to bed, those little crawling creatures like to come out in the night. Whether there is food on the counter or toys on the floor, these nasty creatures like to crawl over everything to explore for food. They are cockroaches and we have all seen them.
Cockroaches are a huge nuisance to anyone and are so despicable. Just the thought of those things running loose where you lay or sit is a horrible thought. But, the fact is there are people with allergies and can have a reaction from one of the cockroaches crawling over him or her. Some of the reactions can be asthma, continual sinus and ear infections.
An alarming fact is that cockroaches can actually slip into the ear of a child or an adult while asleep or lying in infested area. Although, the wax in the ears is comparable to a pesticide and will kill it, this is still something that needs to be avoided due to the allergens they stimulate.
